I have a JIRA project that is used to capture action items for several different meetings. The JIRA key is "AI." Some of the admins who track the meetings don't use the JIRA keys as the tracking keys for their action items. I have one admin who labels her tracking numbers PMB-AI-xxx where xxx is a number. This is causing a problem since JIRA is thinking AI-xxx is a link to a JIRA issue. For example, her number may be PMB-AI-102. There is a highlighed link to AI-102 in her number (which is just a custom text field). How do I prevent this from happening?

Hi David,
Tried both renderers. Problem occurs no matter what renderer is selected.
Laura
You should go to your field configurations an select a different renderer for that field.
My guess ist you are currently using "Wiki Style Renderer" and you should try to use "Default Text Renderer". This should probably do the trick for you...
