How to activate include sub-tasks for time tracking

Priska Maurer November 28, 2019

Dear all

I would like to see the logged work for all the sub-tasks on the task level.

I was reading, that you can just turn on with a checkbox the include all sub-tasks box. But I cannot see such a check box.

We are using Jira Cloud does this feature exist, and where are the settings to put that on?

Thanks for your help

Priska

If you are using the "new issue view", this is a known bug:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-69587

But you can switch the new view off:

Hi Pete
Thanks for that quick answer.
Where can I switch the new view off?

Sorry, but I cannot find it in the settings.
