How to add a custom field even if not modified in the template issueupdated.vm My need is to add one or more custom fields in the issue upgrade notification. These fields may not even have undergone a change but the request is to always be displayed as happens for the summary field which is always proposed regardless of whether it changes or not.

You might to write a listeners to be fire and then you can include all the fields you need int he email
