×Use Case: We use Infusionsoft as our CRM, and in JIRA Server I had created an add-on that added information from Infusionsoft onto different screens(View Issue, User Profile, and the create screen) so that agents/clerical staff can see that information easily while they are working(and we don't have to buy CRM Licenses for them). Currently we are thinking about migrating to JIRA Cloud, but in order to do so I need to convert my plugin to use atlassian connect rather than P2.
Issue: So I understand how to do the User Profile/View Issue Screen, but how would I go about adding content to the Create Issue Screen? I was accomplishing this via a custom field type, but it seems this is not possible with Atlassian Connect. Is there ANY way to be able to add content to the Create Issue Page? If not, we will not be able to migrate over to cloud it seems.
