Hello everyone,
we are experimenting with generating jira issues from email. As far as I know what you can force is the issue's summary, explanation and priority. Are there any other fields you can adress from email?

You probably want to look at JEMH to do this (its our addon. We already support all core JIRA properties and so on for Create/Update through Directives, its available for Server and Cloud.
