×There is a an issue assigened to a service desk personel. And e-mail is sent to this personel automatically. But in the e-mail, personel can't see who report the issue.
How can I put reporter information into notification e-mail.

As @Meg Holbrook mentioned, it is not possible to customize the Agent notifications since they use the same e-mail template for internal users, however, we have a suggestion to implement such customization for Service Desk Agents:
- Add the ability to customize Agent Notifications
Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.

Hi @Mert Karadağlı _ Köstebek Teknoloji _ - the standard configuration does not allow customization of these system messages as far as I am aware.
If you'd like to add more context, you will need to use a third-party application to send a more rich message and disable the standard.
