How to clear Assignee value on loading Transition screen?

A new Assignee should be selected by previous Assignee in Transition screen.

But sometimes, the new Assignee is also the previous one. Therefore, I cannot use a condition that validates the Assignee was changed.

I need to clear Assignee value on loading Transition screen.
