How to configure incoming mail with pop.zoho.com

Ananias Gutierrez September 4, 2024

Hello Team,

Until last year, we were using a Google account to check incoming emails, but my company switched to Zoho.com email. We are now trying to configure incoming emails using pop.zoho.com. However, when testing this setup, I encountered the following error.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this or what steps to follow? We have already enabled the rules for email on the server.

Hi @Ananias Gutierrez

This could be the reason, make sure to have imported the mail servers public cert in the Jira JAVA keystore

Hi @Ananias Gutierrez

Contact Zoho and ask them how you can get a public cert from their end, you need this.
