Greetings,

Our company had 2 locations. The license was purcased in Europe; the software runs in Europe, but is also used in South America.

We wish to upgrade from Jira 4.2 to 4.4. This upgrade we would like to do from South America.

A new Atlassian account has been created. But we cannot seem to find the way to connect this account to the one we use in Europe.

So the right question is: How do we connect a new Atlassian accout to an existing license?

Kind regards,

Duncan van der Zalm

Email sales at atlassian.com, they'll sort it out. Give them the SEN for each license, and the email addresses you log in as, and that'll make it easy for them to find them and suggest how to rearrange them.

The region is irrelevant though, and you don't need a second license to do an upgreade - as long as you have one valid license per production instance of each Atlassian system, it's fine. I've worked with installations in Singapore, India, South Africa and the US, all from Europe. And a UK installation running a German system.
