How to connect JIRA and Service Now

I would like to know how to connect JIRA and Service Now.

The requirement is that when an issue is closed in JIRA then a Service Now ticket must be created.

Are there any plugins available?

I've checked that there is an add-on that allows you to integrate Service Now and Jira:
- ConnectALL ServiceNow adapter for Jira

You can also check this thread where there are some answers that may help you. The question is from 2014 but there are answers from 2017 and 2018.
