How to create/access a BSLH ticket?

Hi there, trying to add the functionality to use BSLH tickets on my account, does anyone know how to do this?

However, I have to admit that I don’t understand what you’re trying to achieve. Can you elaborate in more detail what BSLH tickets are? Are they Jira issues starting with BSLH like BSLH-123?

you should talk to your Jira project administrator or general Jira administrator to see if they can enable you to view the tickets of the project you'd like to access.

In order to identify your project admin, you can try browsing to a url like URL_TO_YOUR_JIRA/projects/BSLH/summary. On the right hand side, you should see a project lead. (This method might not work, depending on the reason why you don't have access).

Anyway, I'd recommend to ask someone who's in charge with Jira administration in your business.
