How to create confluence page automatically after jira ticket creation

You can use script runner plugin where you can write the script postfunction on create issue transition to create the confluence page.

Refer this Doc for Script 

This plugin you can use for other purpose as well.

actually, i used this plugin and followed the post function process, but somehow it is not working perfect
Is there any other better 3rd party plugin which automatically creates wiki pages in jira? Please tell me.
