How to create groups.

I want to create 4 groups for my Jira users. 
1. Senior-s 
2. Specialist-s
3. Junior-s
4. Internship-s

And I want to add each group the specific grade as it is above in order to calculate their MD(Man Days) by grade.

You can create the Groups by using user management

by going to the system settings>user manament

In User Management you will find the user,Groups click on the Groups and create the groups you required.

I know how to create them, but I dont know how to add the specific grade. 
I want that each user who is part of the group to have an grade that identifies them.

there is no such thing as a grade for groups. They are just groups.

 after creating them, can I add grades in Tempo add-on, to make reports ?
