How to define attachment or screenshot as mandatory in jira transition?

I want to define attach files or attach screenshot as validation in JIRA transition. It means, without one of them, is possible to go ahead.

I see is possible with attach files, but not with attach screenshot.

Some idea?

It's definitely possible:

1. To capture the image from the system clipboard and dumping into a custom made custom field (http://www.foliotek.com/devblog/copy-images-from-clipboard-in-javascript/)
2. Temporary upload the image to JIRA like how JIRA processes attachments
3. Create a JIRA validator that validates the process
4. Create a post function that completes the process as per JIRA attachment process
