How to disable the "Whats New" splash page & drop down menu option in Browse?

Everytime a user logs in for the first time a black splash page shows up titled "Whats new". Also, we would like to eliminate it from the Browse Menu.

Hello there Karina!

It's very simple. Here you have a KB that explains in a very easy way how you do it. By the procedure on this KB, you will also eliminate it from the Browse Menu, at least it doesn't appear for me anymore after I've done it.
