Hi, is there a way to edit the 'Requests' menu in the header (top-right) in Jira Service Desk's Service Portal? I have a problem with it, as it's not showing requests where I am on the watchers list.
In the meantime, I can propose a workaround until waiting for the suggestion to collect more votes and be implemented by Atlassian. What I did was :
1. simply create a queue with the filter including 'watchers=currentUser()'
2. create a header Link and point it to that queue (in my case called 'Watched By Me')
Voala, you're set:)
Hi Dimitar,
Unfortunately, you don't have the option to customize in this level, the customer portal.
However, there is a suggestions ticket to address this feature:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-2327
Please refer to our New Feature Policy - https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/new-features-744721668.html documentation to understand how we prioritise requests at our end.

Thanks @Gabriel SennaI have submitted this as an official suggestion. Let's see how it goes. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-5848
