How to find owner of private filter?

I have a subscription that seems to be running every minute. I am able to see the filter name, but don't know how to find the filter owner. In the Search Filters page, I only get results for public filters. How do I find the owner so I can have them modify their subscription? Please advise. Thank you.

You will have to look at the filter details in the database. There is no way to find that out from JIRA UI.

Look at the searchrequest table to figure out the details.
