How to find which are the users which perform actions in Jira using SQL ?

Can you please help me identify the SQL query to find the following information :

In the last 3 month who are the users which Created Issues OR Updated Issues OR Being assigned to Issues

Look at the jiraissue, changegroup and changeitem tables.
