How to force page reload after adding attachment to issue

I have certain transitions that I only want to be visible when there is exactly one attachment added to the issue. The problem is that adding or deleting an attachment doesnt reload the page, so when user for example adds a second file, the transition button is still displayed, even though the transition is disabled.

Is there a way to achieve this?
