Can you please suggest how to create API token in Jira using basic auth.

Note: We are not going to install any kind of plugin to generate API token.

So, Please suggest the steps how to generate API token in Jira using basic auth.

We need token from our JFM Jira instance.

And the article shows from Atlassian.

If we generate API token through Atlassian is it helps for JFM also?
