How to get the Filter of a Gadget?

I've got the URI

• rest/gadgets/1.0/g/com.atlassian.jira.gadgets:two-dimensional-stats-gadget/gadgets/two-dimensional-stats-gadget.xml

when I call the method getGadgetURI() with a PortletConfiguration-Instance.

As you can see, it is leading to gadget.xml. How can I get the filter that is defined in the gadget? Can you get it by Java Code?
