How to group user Stories?

We want to create groups of User Stories from different projects.

For example:

  • Element A: Project 1 User Story 2, Project 2 User Story 67
  • Element B: Project 5 User Story 11, Project 9 User Story 77

Epics would be the best (obviously) but we are already using them for our sprints. And as far as i know you cant link a User Story to two epics or create a new Epic Issue Type.

How would you solve this problem? Is there any way in Jira to solve this? Even Add Ons would be okay for us.

We only need a way to group User Storys besised using Epics, thats all. Thanks in advance!

Hi Markus,

Can you provide some clarity on what you mean when you say User Story? Do you mean Story type issues that a user created, or Stories assigned to a particular user?

Hi thanks. I solved the Issue by using the "Link" Option. We just link our User Stories to the new Issue Type and its working perfectly, even with Confluence.
