How to hide 500 stack trace inline error.

Hi,

One of the plugins we are using are throwing a 500 error stack trace - it is "inline"  

Still have the Jira main top menu and side menu, but on the panel that are suppose to render data from the plugin an 500 stack trace error is being displayed.  

It is an intermitted error.  

Show stack trace is set to OFF on the Jira instance. 

How can I hide that stack trace? 

We have a ticket in with the vendor to help with what is causing the error, but in the mean time I would like to hide the stack trace.

That would be something you would need to also work with the vendor on.  Turning the stake trace off in Jira will not always impact an app since the vendor can have their own error handling.  You can always disable the app until the issue has been resolved.
