You could do that with a scriptrunner postfunction, but the better approach would be to set up your process so that the correct issue type is set at creation (i.e. without needing to change it).

Although it's only the issue type and not status and workflow: When reading other posts about this topic, it is clearly not wise to change the issue type at creation, and it might not work on a post function.
