How to populate a custom field based on another custom field value?

Hi,

I am trying to populate a custom field B(single select drop down) based on value from Custom field A(multi-select drop down).

I want this to be done on the create issue screen.

If the value of field A is 'a' , the values to select in custom field b should only display x, y

If the value of field A is 'b' , the values to select in custom field b should only display l, m

I am not sure if this has been answered before. Atleast i could not find it.

Your help would be appreciated.

Thanks Shawn. I installed the plugin but cannot find the option to set the conditions on the fields.

Could you give me an idea about how you implemented it?

We accomplish this by using the following addon (they have a free version 'Lite' as well with limited functions)
