It seems very awkward that Atlassian does not have any special projects on SAC or even JAC for their online websites like:
I do encounter issues with these very often and I am stumbled about the the lack of information regarding raising issues with Atlassian operations.
Can we get a special new category inside the service desk menu from SAC site?

Actually you can open in any project that we should be able to address internally, but yes, at the moment we don't have such special project for it.
