How to restore add on/plug in configuration from a production instance?

In short, I messed up my dev environment with in terms to the plugin/add ons. I have completed configuration restore from production, refreshed the data from prod, but my plug ins and add ons are still messed up. How can I get that configuration from production? All the plug ins are working as intended in production...

Backup your production Jira instance and restore to the test instance. This would be the simplest way to do it.
