How to set custom field context using scripts?

I have a requirement where I need to add 50 projects to few custom fields instead of global context.

Trying to write a sil script but it does not have a routine to update custom field.

When I use admCreateCustomfield it is creating another field with same name if run twice.

Looking for a solution to add projects to custom fields  using script.

I can´t help you with the scripting, but I would recommend our Jira app "CM4J - Context Manager for Jira". With it you can define custom field context for each project separately, please see our documentation.
