How to set custom field who retrieve the last Sprint field value?

Hi,
Every issue in JIRA has a default Sprint field.
I need to set a custom field who retrieve the last Sprint field value, and another custom field who retrieve the first Sprint field value.
If the field only has one value, retrieve that value either in the First or Last Sprint custom field.
Is there a way to do this?
