How to set "Assignee" field as current user in "Create issue" screen populated in JIRA Cloud

When create issue screen populated, Assignee contains "Automatic". Instead it should be populate the current user in jira cloud.

You can have the default assignee as project lead, component lead or unassigned. If you want the issues to be assigned to the current user, if a specific assignee is not selected, you can do that in the workflow post function. Maybe that works for you?
