How to sort the issues on custom field(Number field) using JQL?

Hi,

We have an custom field(number field) called priority_score and we want to sort all the issues in descending order depending on the priority_score field like we do it on Priority field(system field).

I tried with the below query it is not working:

project = RP ORDER BY "Priority_score" DESC

With the Number field(custom field) i was able to sort the issues by Descending order:

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I have similar problem. number field sorted (no matter ascending or descending) leaves empty fields above and below sorted group.
