How to turn off automated email sent to new service desk agents users

I would like to either turn off or modify the automated email invite that is sent to a user when they are made a service desk agent.

Has anyone had success in accomplishing either of these goals?

This email is to inform new agents with a link to the service desk project.  

It's not in the notification scheme so I think you cannot disable/modify it.
