After spending several hours on the problem of the connecting our JIRA Server with Github we found that DVCS Connector ignoring out http proxy setting. Our proxy server is working ok (We can update/install plug-ins)
Network tracing showing us that DVCS Connector wants to talk directly to github servers.
Is this bug on atlassian side and is there way to force DVCS to use http.proxy setting?
JIRA version: 6.3.15
DVCS Connector version: 2.1.28
