How to use behaviours plugin to make a field mandatory based on comparison between two other fields.

Hi,

I have installed behaviours plugin and want to know if it can be used meet our requirement. 

We have a custom date type field called X, which is optional. We have two other numerical fields called Y and Z. We want to turn field X mandatory on the edit screen if value of Z > Y. 

Can somebody please tell, if this is possible through behaviours plugin. Or if there is any other way out.
