While we're happy to provide backups for purposes of migrating to a behind-the-firewall installation, we do not support restoring data snapshots to "roll back" Studio instances to a previous state.
And this policy extends to Enterprise Hosted Support instances. :)

Though we cannot restore projects indidually, we may recover the database backup restoring the instance to a previous state. That will erase any information that has been created in between the last backup(12h iterations) and the current time. Also, any existing attachments cannot be recovered and will be lost.
