I am having problems adding issues, I was able to do it on the first day of my trail but yesterday and today I cant. Is there a way to set the system back to default as it was when I first started the trail?

For Cloud version, you will have to talk to Atlassian Support at https://support.atlassian.com.

In the Server version, it is as simple as deleting all the tables in Database or pointing to an empty DB.
