I am unable to see forms option in Jira software project.

Can I use forms in Jira software project? Without any add-ons. I was searching about forms and I saw that there is one dedicated option for forms in Jira service project but I couldn't see that in my jira software project.

Yes Jira software doesn't have Forms feature and Atlassian has feature request -JSDCLOUD-11282 . Please vote and add your self as watcher.

No, you can only use forms with Jira Service Management and Jira Work Management/Business projects (simplified version of forms).
