Identifying unused (inactive) schemes in Jira using script

We would like to have a script or a database query to identify the inactive/unused workflows/permissions/notification schemes in Jira.

Any possible scripts or database queries to achieve this. ?

Notification schemes are used by JEMH plugin also.

We would also like to know the possibility of deleting those unused schemes or workflows from the script itself.

Can you please help. ?

https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/30152 might help you. Though, personally I think a more sophisticated script could be written that is to be used in a corporate server.
