Impersonating a user in JIRA by JIRA Administrator

Hi,

Can we login as a person and check the issues he is facing in case I am JIRA Administator ? I mean impersonating a user in JIRA as it is allowed in some softwares.

Answer accepted

The above (commercial) or script runner (free). After installing go to Admin -> Builtin scripts -> Impersonate another user.

If you are on Jira Server (not Data Center) there is https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.tngtech.jira.plugins.schizophrenia/server/overview also.

Could be an option
