Implement clone and move function through post function of a transition.

I am currently using Clone and Move plugin in my JIRA. But for now this is a system function under MORE. I wish to implement the same thing but as a post function of a transition. On click the current issue will undergo change of status and also result in a cloned issue created in another JIRA project. Help appreciated.
