Import / Backup System

I'm wondering what permission i need to add to be able to view the two options under Administration>Import & Export for "Backup manager" and "Jira Import".

In the On-Demand version i can view the options, as an Administrator, however on the local version, where i'm doing some testing I cannot? even though I'm in the Administartor group.

Hi Saadiq

For JIRA Standalone offline version, you will need to have JIRA System Administrator global permission in order to have these 2 options, for further details and information you may refer the following documentation:
