Hello,
we have created a Service Desk Portal where we are able to open an issue thought the function "Raise a request" in the left tab.
We are able to open alla issue execpt Change Request.
We fill all the filed but when we click on Create tab nothing happens and no error message are returned.
We are able to change Request Type from other to Change Request without any problem.
Anyone has an idea of what the problem comes from and how can be resolved?

I suppose you are speaking of a default Jira configuration from a service desk template.
Have you edit in any way the Jira configuration ? The problem can be on:

For every "request type" you can choice an "issue type" (exemple : "Change", "Incident", ...). This will change the field available and the workflow associated, depending on the issue type configuration.
