In Jira, how do I move files from ine issue to another?

Marcin April 9, 2019

I am splitting an issue for two different issues (breakdown). I can copy and paste part of the descrition to the new issue, but the images will not display properly on newly created issue. How do I copy the description WITH the images to new issue?

Hello,

You would need to copy attachments to the new issue as well. As far as I understand you have links to attachments in the description of your issues, that is why you need to copy attachments.

So, there is no automatic way to split the issue with attachements or just to move attachements to a different issue?
