Is there any way.

Hi Domagoj,

On Jira Screen, it will only show the customer's full name, the username only shows when they are deleted (to protect customers' personal information after they are deleted).
When exporting issues, it will show the username, but due to GDPR, it will show a hash, for example, qm:1Ad1111f11-abc1-1c11-a111-11111edcf111, also to protect their information.

We have a feature suggesting to show customers' email when exporting issues:

I'm sorry that we can't be more helpful on it.

Regards,
Angélica

Thanks for info. Only things i forgot, by my side it is Jira Server, and older version before GDPR.

Hi Domagoj,

The export should show the username because we have a feature suggesting that when exporting it shows the users' full name.
If the export does not show the username, then we must check what is happening.
Related to Jira screen, it will always show the user's full name and the only way to show the username is if their full name is changed to their usernames.

Regards,
Angélica
