Insight Fields - Unable to set filter + assign to field

Hello,

I have what I think should be a fairly simple issue with Insight fields but I just can't seem to get this to work.  I've been looking at various documentation and examples for weeks but am stumped.

1) I have an objectType called "Employees"

2) Employees have attributes such as "Name", "Company", "Location", "Work Phone", "Mobile Phone", etc.

3) I'm trying to create a simple field that restricts the "Work Phone" selection to the phone # owned by the currentreporter.

I've tried to use Inbound references, Outbound references, "Owned By", "Owner" syntax...No luck.

No matches found.jpg

Can anyone advise why I'm not seeing any results?  I'm expecting to see the currentReporter's work phone # as it is listed in our Insight database.

It'd be even better if I could get the filter assign scope to work so they didn't need to manually select their phone number (which should be the only option available in the choice list based on currentReporter).

Thanks in advance.  I've been stumped on this one for weeks.
