Is it possible to add JIRA Service Desk to exisitng instance of JIRA Software? If so - how?
Yes - it is possible. Go to the Applications admin page - at the bottom right corner there is a panel for Service Desk - click on "Try it for free". You can also download from here and upload to JIRA using the Applications page.
