Integrate SAML with Jira

Hello,  

We would like to integrate Jira server(7.6.2 version) with SAML(single sign-on). I think we would need assertion consumer service URL and  Entity ID(issuerID). Could anyone please help with this integrations steps, requirements and best practices.

Hi @Harish Gunturu,

Jira Server does not natively support SAML - so you need to install a 3rd Party Plugin in order to use SAML.

I personally work for resolution, the Marketplace Vendor with the most installed SAML Plugin.

If you chose a particular plugin, then have a look at the Vendor's documentation and if you need further help either contact their support or if you ask here, please make sure to mention which plugin you are using.
