×It turns out JETI with its new upgrades from the version I was using, now allows you to attach items that are part of the issue to the email. This is all I was after. Thanks for the suggestions!

I dont see where I can attach a file to the outgoing email using that function. Maybe im missing something here? Can this send files that are already part of the issue? I was looking for something that it would open Windows explorer to allow a file attachment.

You can try the builtin script Send Custom Email from the Script Runner plugin.
