Is it possible to see all mails sent regarding an Issue on the view issue page?

As far as I know, right now it is not possible to see on an Issue of any mail was sent to anyone because of a notification scheme or because someone simply shared it?

Is there some plugin out there which displays all mails sent about an issue? I would really like to have some sort of list of all triggered mails so I can see all communication around an issue.

Haven't seen one yet. You will have to do some customizations yourself.
