Hullo! Jira geniuses,
I'm trying to figure out a way where I cam show burndown chart for a completed sprint in a Confluence page. Right now each sprint, I create a Confluence page and add burndown charts for various so that there's a singular space to look at statuses for all the teams. The problem is as soon as we close the sprint, the burndown wizard stops working and prompts to update it to the new sprint. Is there a way where I can continue to show a burndown chart for a completed sprint? Is there an alternate way other than the burndown wizard to show burndown chart for completed sprints in confluence?
Please guide.
Thanks,
Yash
Hi @Yash Ruparel,
this question was already asked here:
There is a link to a suggestion, you can vote for and some workarounds.
Another workaround is linking from your Confluence page to the Burndown Chart Report of your sprint, something like "<your-jira-url>/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=<boardnumber>&projectKey=<project-key>&view=reporting&chart=burndownChart&sprint=<sprintnumber>
But with such a workaround, your user have to switch to Jira to see the chart. Don't know, if that is applicable to you.
Thanks for sharing the link to questions already asked. @Thomas Schlegel For now, I don't want them to navigate to JIRA in order to see the burndown charts. One option which I had in mind and also mentioned as one of the solutions was taking a screenshot for the same.
Appreciate the response. Hopefully, Jira adds this feature soon.
